Monthly tenant permits are available to the public on a limited basis. For availability and to request a permit, please contact us at tenantparking@noemitires.net or 503-725-3442. If you would like to make a request for a Tenant Permit please fill out the New Tenant Intake Form linked below.

Returning your Permit
To return your parking permit, please complete the Remote Return Form below. Requests are processed within 1-2 business days, and prorated fees will be based on the date of request.
