入学要求
学生 with 30 or more transferable college quarter credits (20 semester credits) will be reviewed for admission as transfer applicants.
学生 earning college credit while in high school, such as Early College and Running Start, are considered first years for admission purposes so long as they apply to start at 事业单位 within five months of high school graduation.
- Completion of 30 or more transferable college quarter credits (20 semester credits)
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.25, or 2.00 if you present a transferable associate degree or an Oregon 转移 Module (OTM)
- Completion of WR121 or equivalent with a grade of C- or better. WR121 equivalencies are determined by 事业单位’s Office of 招生 and may include higher level courses for which WR121 (or its approved equivalent) is a prerequisite. This requirement is specific to the application process and is separate from academic advising and course registration at 事业单位.
- 满足 Second Language 招生 Requirement (Oregon High School graduates only)
转移 applicants are not required to submit test scores (SAT or ACT).
学生 who do not meet the minimum GPA will be reviewed for admission through a holistic process.

Submit Your Application and $60 Application Fee

本科 applicants may be eligible for a 豁免 of their $60 admission application fee. Based on the information you provide in your application, we will determine if you are eligible for a fee 豁免.
Submit Transcripts from All Schools Attended
You are required to submit individual transcripts from each college or university where you registered for any coursework. Failure to submit individual transcripts from each college or university attended may result in a delayed admission decision. Official transcripts are required from all the schools you've attended, see our official records policy for details.
Failure to disclose all colleges is a violation of 欧洲杯滚球平台’s student code of conduct.
电子提交: Transcripts may be submitted via a secure transcript delivery service (such as 羊皮纸) or sent directly from a school official to admissions@noemitires.net.
邮件提交: Submit official transcripts in their original sealed envelopes from all schools attended and mail them to 事业单位 at the address below.

Submit the 免费的 Application for Federal 学生 援助 (FAFSA)
Submission of the FAFSA is not required to receive an admission decision. We encourage students to submit the FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1.
Submit the Oregon 学生 援助 Application (ORSAA) - IF NEEDED
Oregon residents who have undocumented status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), or a valid U-visa should submit the ORSAA instead of the FAFSA. Do not complete the ORSAA if you are (1) a U.S. 公民, (2) a legal non公民 with an Alien Registration number, or (3) an international student who is in the United States with a valid visa.

Check Your Application Status
If you have submitted an application to 欧洲杯滚球平台, you can log in to 事业单位's application portal to review the status of your application. You will be notified via email for each document you submit and your admission decision.
If you are not receiving email communications from 欧洲杯滚球平台, be sure to check your @pdx.Edu电子邮件帐户. Once you set up your student account all communications will be sent to that email address. If you are not receiving information from us in any email inboxes, please contact us at admissions@noemitires.net.
