Changing the World, One Student-Warrior at a Time
Portland is home to one of the largest urban Native American populations in the U.S. Our program focuses on studies and practices of Tribal critical race theory, decolonizing methodologies, traditional and cultural ecological knowledge, and contemporary themes in community with local, regional, federal, Tribal, and Native partners. We welcome students of all ideologies and cultural backgrounds to participate in the development of real-world decolonized solutions to some of today's most pressing challenges.
